The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing roof on the North Common Village at 560 Market Street, Lowell, MA. The scope includes complete removal of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system, underlayment, flashing, gutters, and downspouts, followed by installation of a new asphalt shingle roof, associated underlayment, metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts, as well as related site protection, disposal of debris, and restoration of affected areas. This non‑statewide solicitation requires an open‑market bid and the submission of a sealed bid envelope by the stated deadline.
