REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - RFI 696 Lease of Office Space at the Anchorage Legislative Office Building

The Legislative Affairs Agency is soliciting information from companies or firms interested in leasing commercial office space at the Anchorage Legislative Office Building. The office space is approximately 5,889 rentable square footage and is currently occupied and configured as a bank branch. The lease term is for a minimum of 10 years with optional renewal periods. Respondents must provide information such as their business name, license number, years in operation, planned use of the space, and maximum price per square foot they are willing to pay. • The office space is located in a high-traffic area near restaurants and shopping centers. • The space includes six drive-thru lanes, a large vault, and designated parking. • Utilities such as electric, water, sewer, and heat are included in the lease agreement. • Respondents can request additional photos or a floor plan of the space, or schedule a site visit. • The submission deadline is March 30, 2026, and responses must not exceed five pages of narrative.
