RFP- Weekly Landscaping Maintenance 2026-2027

The Gila Crossing Community School is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive weekly landscaping maintenance for its campus during the 2026‑2027 fiscal year. The contract covers mowing, edging, clipping removal, watering, and hard pruning of shrubs and vines, with additional services such as fertilization, pest control, aeration, and mulch replacement available only through separate work authorizations. The award will be based on responsiveness, past performance, reliability, reputation, and price. • Base‑year service period: July 1 2026 – June 30 2027 (≈12 months). • Core tasks included in the base price: weekly mowing/edging, clipping removal, watering, and hard pruning of shrubs/vines. • Excluded items (extra cost): turf fertilization, soil testing, over‑seeding, aeration, shrub/vine fertilization, pest control, mulch replacement, and dump fees. • Submission must be hard‑copy: one original + seven copies, sealed, due June 7 2026 4 PM MST. • Preference given to Indian‑owned businesses, but open to all qualified vendors.
