Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work and the requirements for the contract, it is possible to make an educated estimate. The contract duration is expected to be approximately three years, from May 2025 through June 30, 2028. The college is seeking a pool of vendors for moving services on an as-needed basis, which suggests that the budget will be based on the actual services provided. The budget could be influenced by factors such as: • The number of moving services required by the college during the contract period. • The complexity and scope of the moving services required. • The rates and fees negotiated with the selected vendors. • The college's budget for moving services. Given these factors, a possible budget range for this opportunity could be between $500,000 and $2,000,000 over the three-year contract period. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements of the college and the services provided by the selected vendors.
