Wood Shavings for Horse Stalls at Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to enter into a supply contract for the purchase and delivery of wood shavings for horse bedding to Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre. The contract will be for a period of up to one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The successful respondent will be required to provide a sample of the shavings and demonstrate their ability to deliver the product on an as-needed basis. • The Town is looking for a qualified vendor to provide wood shavings for horse bedding. • The contract will be for a period of up to one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. • The successful respondent will be required to provide a sample of the shavings and demonstrate their ability to deliver the product on an as-needed basis. • The Town reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive informalities. • The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose response best conforms to the scope of services and will be most advantageous to the Town with respect to price, qualifications, and other factors.
