Description
NASA’s Glenn Research Center requires ongoing maintenance, support, and license management for Thermo‑Calc software (including Thermo‑Calc NetWork Licenses and TC‑Python) as well as optional database upgrades. The agency is issuing a sole‑source notice to obtain capability statements from interested vendors; no price quotes are being solicited at this stage. The work will involve providing technical support, download instructions, and license relocation services for the software used at the GRC facility.
• Provide maintenance and support for Thermo‑Calc and TC‑Python network licenses covering the periods July 2025‑June 2026 and July 2026‑June 2027.
• Deliver optional perpetual database upgrades (TCOX15, TCHEA8, TCFE15, TCNI13).
• Offer technical assistance, including troubleshooting, download guidance, and license mobility for the GRC environment.
• Submit a capability statement by the Oct 16, 2026 deadline; no quotes will be evaluated.
• Performance location is NASA Glenn Research Center, Ohio.
