SNOW PLOWING AND DE-ICING SERVICES FOR DOWNTOWN DISTRICT

The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids to utilize private contractors with vehicles equipped for snow and ice control and power equipment to augment Town forces for snow plowing, snow removal, and de-icing operations during the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 winter seasons. The contractor will provide equipment, operator, fuels, and insurance. The contract term shall be for two winter seasons, with an option to extend for two additional winter seasons. The contractor must comply with the Town's Living Wage Ordinance and provide a Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. • The contractor must have experience in snow plowing and de-icing services. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and manpower to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all federal and state safety standards and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must have a valid business license and registration.
