Addendum 1 EOIs Brownsfield Assessment Project

The Kanawha County Commission seeks qualified engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive brownfield assessment for sites within the county. The work will involve site investigations, data collection, analysis of contamination, and preparation of detailed reports and recommendations for remediation or redevelopment. Submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope by the corrected deadline, signed in ink, and include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and a proposed method of approach. • Provide engineering and environmental consulting services to evaluate contaminated sites (site investigations, sampling, data analysis, reporting). • Submit a sealed, ink‑signed Expression of Interest and Statement of Qualifications by July 11, 2025, 11:00 a.m. to the Kanawha County Commission Purchasing Office. • No electronic or fax submissions are accepted; the envelope must display the deadline date and time on the exterior. • Contact Amy Petry for any clarifications; all questions must be directed to her prior to submission. • The original solicitation dated June 24, 2025 remains the governing document – refer to it for detailed scope and technical requirements.
