The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a single‑contractor legal firm to provide immigration‑focused work‑authorization counsel for its Executive Office of Technology Services and Security. The contractor will analyze employee roles and immigration status, evaluate viable visa pathways (e.g., H‑1B and alternatives), outline employer obligations, and produce a detailed memorandum with recommendations and cost estimates. Optional assistance with petition preparation may be provided under a separate written authorization.
