Bahrain S&RTS

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking information from capable businesses to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The services will include handling the import and export of designated USG cargo, managing USG cargo transiting through specified ports, and facilitating load and discharge of vessels, trucks, and other transportation modes. The contractor will be required to perform tasks such as stevedoring, longshoring, cargo management, and storage. • The contractor must have experience in providing stevedoring, longshoring, management, labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for S&RTS. • The contractor must be able to handle military cargo, including vehicles, Ammunition and Explosives (A&E), non-explosive containers, and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). • The contractor must be able to facilitate transportation via vessel, Common-User Land Transportation (CULT), and/or military convoy. • The contractor must be able to perform tasks such as cargo management, preparation, staging, storage, onward movement, intra-port transfers, vessel preparation, documentation, tallying, and checking.
