Enhanced Use Lease for Mineral Processing Facilities

The Department of the Army is soliciting proposals for a long-term lease agreement to design, finance, develop, construct, and operate a mineral processing facility on non-excess land at Anniston Army Depot, Fort Drum, and/or Pine Bluff Arsenal. The lease will be for a term of 50 years, with an option to renew. The selected offeror will be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The project must be viable without any commitment or contribution from the Department of the Army.
