Lease of Moor Park Stadium

The Town of Mooresville is seeking proposals from qualified entities to lease and operate Moor Park Stadium for the purpose of providing high-quality professional or collegiate baseball services and related uses to the community. The successful proposer will manage scheduling, subleasing, cleaning, field maintenance, concessions, equipment, and supervision. The lease term will be 10 years, and the lessee will be responsible for all utilities, maintenance, and insurance. The town reserves the right to use the stadium for town-sponsored events and to reject any proposals.
