METRO Bronze Bus Rapid Transit - Project Line Strategic Communications, Outreach, and Community Relations Services

This solicitation seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive strategic communications, outreach, public participation, business relations, and community engagement services to support the METRO Bronze Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project in the Ramsey County region. The contractor will develop and execute a communication plan that ensures transparent information flow, encourages public involvement, and fosters strong relationships with businesses and community stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop an integrated communications strategy covering media relations, social media, print, and digital outreach. • Conduct public outreach events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to gather input and keep the community informed. • Manage business relations and community engagement activities, including liaison with local businesses, civic groups, and transit users. • Produce marketing and promotional materials, press releases, newsletters, and web content aligned with project milestones. • Provide ongoing reporting, analytics, and adjustments to the communications plan based on feedback and project developments.
