MetroLINK (Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District) is seeking a qualified contractor to operate its ADA‑compliant paratransit service and provide dispatching for its Specialized Transit Services (STS) across the Quad Cities region. The contractor will be responsible for curb‑to‑curb transportation for eligible riders, managing scheduling, reservations, dispatch, customer service, reporting, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Service hours mirror fixed‑route operations (approximately 5 am–9:45 pm weekdays, reduced weekend hours). The contract term is three years with two optional one‑year extensions. Compensation includes a fixed monthly paratransit fee, a fixed monthly STS dispatch fee, and a variable rate per actual paratransit vehicle‑revenue hour.
