DE10--FY27 NetApp Maintenance Re-compete (VA-27-00006860)(New Work)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide brand‑name NetApp storage hardware and software maintenance and support for its existing NetApp infrastructure across the VA enterprise. The effort includes 24 × 7 × 365 technical support, unlimited parts and labor, rapid response (four‑hour for most items, next‑business‑day for certain switches), hard‑drive retention on‑site, software/firmware updates, and ongoing SLA reporting. Optional tasks allow the VA to purchase training‑credit blocks and a dedicated Support Account Manager (SAM) service. The contract will have a 12‑month base period with a single 12‑month option, and the contractor must be an authorized NetApp reseller/partner and meet a long list of VA‑specific security, accessibility, and sustainability requirements. • Provide 24 × 7 support for listed NetApp storage devices with 4‑hour (or NBD) response times. • Deliver unlimited parts and labor, software/firmware upgrades, and maintain media on‑site indefinitely. • Submit monthly SLA monitoring reports, kick‑off meeting deliverables, and optional quarterly training or SAM reports. • Must comply with VA security controls (Zero‑Trust, TIC 3.0, Section 508, etc.) and hold NetApp OEM status.
