Design Services for the new Law Enforcement Building

The City of Box Elder is seeking design services for a new law enforcement building. The selected consultant will provide architectural and engineering services for the planning and design of the building. The scope of work includes schematic design, design development, and possibly construction documents. The project is funded by the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation. • The consultant will refine the concept plan and confirm the project budget limits. • The consultant will develop the building and site plan design and provide a refined opinion of probable cost. • The consultant will finalize the plans and specifications and prepare bidding documents. • The consultant will identify and coordinate the acquisition of required project permits. • The consultant will submit plans to applicable review agencies for review and approval.
