The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority is seeking a senior managing underwriter for its surface transportation bond issues. The selected proposer will be required to provide rankings for senior managed and co-managed experience, and may also provide rankings for co-senior managed experience if available. The proposal should be no more than ten double-sided pages, or 20 electronic pages. The authority has provided answers to questions posed by prospective proposers, including confirmation of the page limit and the acceptability of alternative authorized signatories for Attachment A. • The proposal should include firm rankings for senior managed and co-managed experience. • The authority requires respondents to keep proposals to a maximum of ten double-sided pages. • The closing date for proposals is 3/2/2026. • Alternative authorized signatories, such as the chief counsel or chief compliance officer, are acceptable for Attachment A.
