Request for Proposal – Soft Drink Vending

Wallace Community College Selma is seeking an exclusive vendor to provide, install, operate, and maintain modern soft‑drink vending machines across its Selma campus. The vendor must supply new equipment with $1 and $5 bill acceptors at no cost to the college, ensure rapid (≤ 24‑hour) service and replacement, keep per‑machine revenue records, and remit a negotiated percentage of gross sales to the college on a monthly basis. Compliance with Alabama sales‑tax registration and state immigration‑law requirements (E‑Verify, affidavits) is mandatory, and all equipment and service must meet the college’s appearance and pricing standards.
