Description
The Navy seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑scope Maritime Communications Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS) at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL and NAS Whidbey Island, WA. The effort includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, cybersecurity premium time, technical data delivery, and related inspection activities under a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract with a base period and up to six option years. The award will be made to a contractor that can demonstrate a robust staffing approach, meet Top‑Secret Facility Clearance and CMMC Level 1 requirements, and allocate at least 8 % of the contract value to small‑business subcontractors.
• Provide scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, on‑call support, and cybersecurity premium‑time services for maritime COMS equipment.
