The U.S. Navy is seeking a Cost‑Plus‑Fixed‑Fee (CPFF) task order to provide engineering support services to the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC). The effort includes mechanical, hydraulic, gas‑turbine, and combat‑system technical support, as well as production‑control and calibration services, performed across multiple OCONUS sites (Bahrain, Italy, Spain, and other 5th/6th Fleet locations). Contractors must staff qualified personnel, meet TOP‑SECRET/SECRET clearance requirements, and manage travel, ODCs, and deliverable reporting per the contract data requirements list (CDRLs).
• Labor‑category effort totals ~96,000 hours over a base year plus five option years (approximately 5.5 years).
