J035--SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANK FILTERING/CLEANING/TESTING

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for underground fuel storage tank filtering, cleaning, and lab testing at the Long Beach VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to perform annual fuel filtering, tank cleaning, and lab testing on 15 underground fuel storage tanks. The contractor must provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the work. The contractor must also have the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide a capability statement that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described. • The contractor must provide estimated pricing if they were to price today. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). • The contractor must be registered with the US Small Business Administration if they are a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business or Veteran Owned Business. • The Government is not obligated to pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought synopsis request.
