Microsoft 365 Licensing

Ferris State University is seeking a qualified Microsoft licensing provider to deliver a three‑year Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) agreement. The vendor will supply the specific Microsoft 365 licenses listed in the cost proposal, manage licensing administration, and provide ongoing account support throughout the contract term. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Public Purchase portal by September 4, 2026. The university will evaluate proposals on cost, product quality, technical capability, references, and ability to meet service‑level expectations.
