The City of Pawtucket is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary consulting firm to provide comprehensive environmental, civil, structural, electrical, and landscape engineering services for the design and permitting of a new 2‑acre park at Morley Field. The scope includes environmental investigations, remedial design if needed, full park design (schematic through construction documents), preparation of multiple state permits, and assistance with the construction‑contract bidding process.
