Contract: FIRM ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SERVICES

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a Competitive Electric Power Supplier to provide firm‑fixed‑price electricity for four local distribution company (LDC) accounts covering roughly 93 GWh of annual usage. The contract will be for a term of 12, 24, or 36 months (with possible extensions up to a total of five years) and will require the supplier to manage load under ISO‑NE, provide electronic data‑interchange, maintain required insurance, and submit quarterly usage reports.
