Service and Operation of Jumbotron at Ricketts Park

The City of Farmington, Parks and Recreation Department, is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified individuals, firms, or organizations interested in providing service, operation, and management of the City-owned Jumbotron located at Ricketts Park. The selected operator will support City-sponsored events, recreational programming, community activities, and other approved uses by providing professional operation and technical management of the Jumbotron. • The Jumbotron is located at Ricketts Park, 1101 Fairgrounds Road, Farmington, New Mexico. • The selected operator will be responsible for providing professional operation and technical management of the Jumbotron. • The operator will support City-sponsored events, recreational programming, community activities, and other approved uses. • Interested firms shall upload their letters of interest to the City’s online bidding system by April 1, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
