Credit Card Processing System Amendment No. 3

The State of New Mexico Department of Transportation is seeking to extend a sole source contract for credit card processing services with LexisNexis VitalCheck Network Inc. The purpose of this extension is to ensure uninterrupted revenue collection during the transition from the current vendor to a new provider. The contract term is expected to be from December 20, 2025, to January 31, 2026. The scope of work includes ongoing support for credit card processing services. The contractor will be paid a flat fee of $2.95 per transaction. • The original contract term was from December 20, 2024, to April 15, 2025. • Amendment 1 extended the term to June 30, 2025. • Amendment 2 extended the term to December 19, 2025. • The requested extension is through January 31, 2026. • The contract will be funded through a flat processing fee collected at the point of transaction. • The contractor is responsible for providing ongoing support for credit card processing services.
