Description
Twiggs County, Georgia is seeking qualified contractors to resurface approximately 0.7 miles of Patricia Drive. The contract includes full roadway construction, traffic control, asphalt paving (≈905 tons of 9.5 mm RAC Superpave), striping, and all related appurtenances. Bids must be sealed, include a 10 % bid bond, and be submitted by November 17, 2026. The contractor must complete the work within 180 consecutive calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed, and provide performance and payment bonds as required by Georgia law. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may negotiate proposals prior to award.
