Purchase of Genetic Analysis Instrument and Maintenance

Tarrant County Public Health’s North Texas Regional Laboratory is soliciting a qualified vendor to provide a brand‑new Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5 Dx Real‑Time PCR System (96‑well, 0.2 mL) together with the Diomni™ Enterprise IVD software, two additional years of service, full qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), installation, and comprehensive training. The award will be “all‑or‑none” and the vendor must be an authorized Thermo Fisher reseller. Delivery, installation, and immediate operational readiness are required, followed by a three‑year warranty plus two years of prepaid service, with ongoing maintenance and support thereafter.
