The Brown Memorial Foundation is seeking sealed bids for a 4½‑story, approximately 2,600 sf addition to the historic Brown Memorial Residence in Abilene, KS. The work will house a new passenger elevator, accompanying stairwell, and related interior remodels to integrate the new vertical circulation system with the existing structure.
