The City of Redding is seeking a qualified contractor to perform vegetation clearing at the Stillwater Business Park Phase 2A site. The work consists of removing 134 trees larger than 3 in. diameter, clearing 19 linear‑feet of brush, and providing associated erosion‑control, water‑pollution control, and traffic‑control measures. All work must be completed by January 31, 2027 and must comply with California labor, environmental, and safety regulations. The contract is a sealed‑bid public‑works solicitation with a bid security of at least 10 % of the total bid amount.
