The State of Illinois, through the Department of Aging, is issuing a sole‑source contract to provide comprehensive Adult Protective Services (APS) training for the Illinois Department of Adult Protective Services program area. The work includes curriculum development, instructional delivery, and related consulting services for a 12‑month period.
• Scope: In‑depth needs assessments, curriculum creation, facilitation of APS 101, mandated reporter, RAA, and B*Safe financial trainings, plus ongoing program support.
• Deliverables: Multiple training modules (APS 101, Mandated Reporter, RAA, B*Safe), statewide rollout to service providers, and quality‑assurance reporting.
• Vendor: APS Training Consultants (APSTC) identified as the sole feasible source due to their unique expertise in elder‑abuse curriculum development.
