Rental and Laundering Service Program for Cedar Rapids Clinics

The University of Iowa is seeking a supplier to establish and manage a comprehensive Rental and Laundry Service Program for three clinics located in Cedar Rapids. The program includes the weekly pickup, laundering, and restocking of items/products. The supplier must demonstrate reliable and timely service, high-quality products and services, compliance with all applicable standards and certifications, strong customer service, flexibility to meet changing needs, and transparent and competitive pricing. • The program is scheduled to commence on October 1, 2026. • The supplier must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. • The contract will have an initial term of five years with the option for renewal. • The university reserves the right to add new products to the contract. • The supplier must provide exceptional product and service quality and have a comprehensive approach to maintaining high quality standards.
