Auxiliary Catholic Priest BPA

The US Air Force is seeking a qualified Catholic priest to serve as the primary celebrant for the Hurlburt Field Catholic faith community. The contractor will be responsible for celebrating Catholic Masses, Sacramental celebrations, and other liturgical services in accordance with the Roman Catholic Church. The contractor must be an ordained Roman Catholic priest in good standing with a Catholic Diocese or Religious Order in the United States and possess current faculties from the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA. The contractor will be required to document all work done and submit it to the Wing Chaplain or designee. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Celebrating Catholic Masses and Sacramental celebrations • Performing other liturgical services as requested by the Wing Chaplain or designee • Ensuring that Catholic Mass, Sacramental celebrations, and other liturgical services do not conflict with any other Hurlburt Field faith community’s worship schedule • Documenting all work done and submitting it to the Wing Chaplain or designee
