RNO Concessions Networking Event September 10, 2025

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is hosting a networking event to connect businesses with RTAA representatives, prime concessionaires, and key industry professionals. The event aims to provide insights into upcoming food and beverage and retail concessions opportunities at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). The event will feature presentations from RTAA representatives, one-on-one networking with prime concessionaires, and resources for small businesses and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs). • The event is scheduled to take place on September 10, 2025, from 4:00-6:30 PM at the SureStay Plus Reno Airport. • The RTAA will be issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Food & Beverage and Retail concessions opportunities in the first quarter of 2026. • The event is open to small businesses, certified ACDBE/DBE, and established firms looking to grow in the aviation sector.
