Skinner Water Treatment Plant. The meters must comply with Specification ME‑5633 and be shipped FOB destination to Winchester, CA, with delivery within 90‑120 days after receipt of order. Bids must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids, include all required forms (conflict‑of‑interest, bidder information sheet, client reference sheet, acceptance of terms), and remain firm for 120 days. The contract does not include installation; the district will handle installation separately.
