Winter Holiday Decorations

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking proposals for Winter Holiday Decorations at the Tampa International Airport. The successful respondent will provide decorations that reflect the Tampa Bay region, an airport/aviation theme, and the routes served by the Airport. The decorations must be less than two years old and include specific items such as decorated teardrops, wreaths, and trees. The respondent will also be responsible for delivering, hanging, and placing the decorations, as well as removing them between January 2nd and January 3rd of each calendar year. Some key points to consider: • The decorations must be creative and unique, aligned with the Airport's image and look. • Respondents are encouraged to submit additional ideas or concepts for displays or decorations. • Separate line-item pricing is required for all proposed items. • The decorations will be placed on three levels of the Main Terminal and throughout SkyCenter and the Rental Car Center.
