Water Treatment Project Request for Qualifications

The Town of Sterling, Connecticut, is seeking qualified engineering, construction, and construction‑oversight firms to design and build a new oxidation and filtration treatment system that will remove iron and manganese from the town’s groundwater at the existing well site (304 Sterling Road). Funding will come from the Connecticut Drinking Water Emerging Contaminants in Small or Disadvantaged Communities (EC‑SDC) program and the State Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DW‑SRF).
