Technical Appraisal Review Services for View Drive Properties

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking proposals from highly qualified consultants for the provision of Technical Appraisal Review Services for View Drive Properties. The selected consultant will review appraisals of 16 properties in the View Drive area, which has experienced significant flooding from annual glacial lake outburst flood events. The consultant will provide a technical appraisal review report approving or not approving the appraisal for agency use. The project is expected to start as early as mid-to-late September 2026 and be completed within 13 weeks. • The consultant must have a State-Certified General Real Property Appraiser certification and be competent to perform appraisal review under USPAP Standard 3. • The consultant must be familiar with the Uniform Act and NRCS EWPP-Buyout appraisal requirements. • The consultant must have significant experience providing similar technical appraisal review services. • The consultant must be available for consultation during CBJ business hours and be able to provide services within the project timeline.
