Description
The VA is seeking qualified owners or developers to provide a fully serviced lease for a new Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) in Davenport, Iowa. The lease must cover up to 15,638 ABOA (no more than 20,746 RSF) for a term of up to 20 years, include maintenance and operation, and provide at least 70 parking spaces meeting specific handicap and government‑vehicle requirements. The space must meet all federal accessibility, security, and utility standards, be located within a defined parcel bounded by Locust St, Middle Rd, North Harrison St, Hwy 64, and 18th St, and be outside the 100‑year floodplain. The VA will finance the lease through monthly rent payments and a one‑time lump‑sum for tenant improvements and security upgrades; no progress payments will be made during construction.
