The VA is conducting market research to locate owners or brokers who can lease up to 5,469 rentable square feet of contiguous clinical space for a new Vet Center in Mobile, AL. The space must include 30 parking spots (2 ADA‑accessible), be outside the 100‑year flood plain, and be within a defined city block. The lease will be a 20‑year term with either a 7‑ or 10‑year firm period, operating as a full‑service lease. No pricing is to be included in the expression of interest; the VA will pay up to the fair‑market rental value.
