The Webb County Fairgrounds is seeking a marketing and advertising firm to provide professional services for the promotion of the fairgrounds. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy to increase attendance at the fairgrounds, educate the public about the importance of supporting local agriculture, and promote the fairgrounds as a destination for events and activities. The firm will also be responsible for creating and distributing marketing materials, managing social media campaigns, and providing metrics to measure the success of the marketing efforts. The contract will be for a period of three years, with options to extend. Some key responsibilities of the selected firm will include: • Developing a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the fairgrounds and its events • Creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts • Managing social media campaigns to engage with the public and promote the fairgrounds • Providing metrics to measure the success of the marketing efforts • Collaborating with fairgrounds management to develop strategic marketing programs • Identifying regional media markets to target as part of a statewide campaign to increase attendance • Communicating the benefits of being an exhibitor at the fairgrounds and directing potential exhibitors to fair entry information • Researching and developing a strategic marketing plan to drive attendance to agricultural fairs and exhibits • Using metrics to gather pre and post campaign interest levels and feedback on reasons for attending fairs
