RFP 25-018-TK Commercial Insurance Broker

The County of Kane is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or brokers to procure commercial general liability, property, auto, EPL, employee dishonest/crime, cyber, law enforcement, public official, boiler/machinery, and worker’s compensation insurance. The selected broker will provide insurance services for a period of two years with an option for two additional one-year renewal periods. The broker will be responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance program that meets the County's needs. • The broker must have experience in providing similar insurance services to government entities or large organizations. • The broker must have a strong understanding of the insurance market and be able to negotiate competitive rates. • The broker must be able to provide a comprehensive insurance program that includes general liability, property, auto, EPL, employee dishonest/crime, cyber, law enforcement, public official, boiler/machinery, and worker’s compensation insurance. • The broker must be able to provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to the County's insurance needs. • The broker must be able to provide a detailed analysis of the County's insurance needs and make recommendations for coverage.
