EMISSION STUDY

The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (Transpo) seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive low‑/zero‑emission study for its bus fleet, evaluate current infrastructure, and produce a transition plan that details steps, timelines, and cost estimates for moving to a low‑emission fleet.
