Microsoft A5 Licenses

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is seeking a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) to provide Microsoft 365 A5 licenses and associated add-ons. The selected firm will be responsible for processing orders, providing annual usage reviews, maintaining market-competitive pricing, and supporting USNH's cost-savings goals. The contract is expected to be for three years with the option for two 1-year extensions. • The RFP includes requirements for firm experience, pricing, and services. • The evaluation criteria will be based on factors such as response to scope of work, competitiveness and stability of pricing, depth of experience, and overall suitability of the response. • The contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. • USNH prefers to do business with companies that share its commitment to sustainability.
