The City of Fairbanks is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a complete 100 % design package for the Downtown Riverscape Improvements project. The consultant will produce phased design deliverables (35 %, 90 %, 100 % draft and final) that include detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, interpretive signage concepts, winter‑friendly lighting, and coordination with a city‑provided ADA‑compliant concrete slab. The scope also calls for bid‑phase assistance, including responding to contractor questions and preparing addenda.
