GEMINI.HP.L.ASY: interferometer, Gemini-Felix, and PDM module

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price vendor to supply three high‑precision optical instruments: the GEMINI.HP.L.ASY interferometer, the Gemini‑Felix time‑to‑digital converter system, and a PDM photon‑detection module. The items may be brand‑name or an equivalent product, but the vendor must be an authorized reseller and must provide full calibration certification for each instrument upon delivery. Shipping must be FOB Destination for domestic shipments (or DAP for international shipments) with a two‑week advance notice of shipment. The contract also requires compliance with ORNL’s standard terms and conditions, including representations & certifications, and any software associated with the equipment must meet the commercial‑software licensing provisions.
