PI-LIT RECHARGEABLE ROAD FLARES

The Wyoming Department of Transportation is seeking bids for PI-LIT Rechargeable Road Flares. The bid opening date is August 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Bidders are expected to examine the drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder making the lowest bid. • The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty. • The contract may be terminated by the Agency upon 30 days written notice. • The bidder must keep all documents, data compilations, reports, computer programs, photographs, data, and other work provided to or produced by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract confidential.
