Grambling State University is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver fifty (50) new heat‑pump fan‑coil units for its residential‑hall buildings. The units must meet detailed performance specifications (18,000 BTU/h cooling capacity, 208/240 V, R454B refrigerant, etc.) and be delivered F.O.B. to the university’s receiving dock. The contract is a single‑source purchase (no installation included) with a maximum contract period of twelve months. Bidders must submit a complete, turnkey price that includes unit cost, shipping, freight, warranty information, and any required documentation. A bid bond of 5 % of the total bid price is required, and a performance bond will be required upon award. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, award items separately, and to test equipment upon delivery.
