The City of Pocatello is seeking a qualified licensed architect to provide architectural services and related engineering services for the renovation of the Historic Federal Building into a new City Hall facility. The project involves adaptive reuse of the historic building, and the awarded firm must have experience with preservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings, building environmental review, building safety review, permitting processes, and preparation of building documents that comply with local, state, and federal requirements. The scope of work includes feasibility analysis, design, and renovation administration.
