H--analytical instrument maintenance service for the proprietary Agilent LCMS-2046

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Agilent Technologies for the analytical instrument maintenance service for the proprietary Agilent LCMS-20464 Custom System Configuration CROSSLAB SILVER. The period of performance is from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027. The maintenance service is required to ensure consistent, calibrated research results and to maintain safe and reliable operation of the instrument. • The instrument must be maintained by Agilent to ensure consistent, calibrated research results and to maintain safe and reliable operation of the instrument. • Any other vendor working on the equipment would invalidate the equipment’s integrity. • Agilent Technologies is the only known source that can provide this service, and no known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy NETL's requirements.
